The stall is public. The order is private.

The shop stays on your computer.

Search, then Check-Out.

• Search a shop, a product, or a place. Country, province or state, city, neighbourhood, and up to four categories are optional.
• A logo, a picture, and a map link show when the shop published them.
• An unlisted shop opens by its public name, or by scanning its printed card.
• A cart, a tip, then Check-Out.
• The order names products, quantities, an optional note, and an optional tip.
• It has no price and no payment code. The shop charges its catalog and makes the code.
• The stall uses Autarki's relay until the shop names its own.
• Pay-to-relay is off.

Counter, or online.

• A shop is the counter until the owner picks Online and publishes.
• The counter shows Pay Counter and a clerk ticket: last four characters and a QR. Online does not show Pay Counter.
• Pay with XBT or Pay with BTC.
• Lightning sits under the chain that was pressed. Blake2b Lightning for XBT. SHA-256 Lightning for BTC.
• Prepare fills Send. Broadcast is a separate press.
• There is no receipt printer in the app yet.
• A buyer can search, add a product, and pay with Lightning. The shop sees the order. The relay does not.

How a channel opensHow a shipped order is held

The books stay on your computer.

• Enable storefront features shows the Store tab.
• A product: name, price in sats, optional picture link, one description line, optional shelf count.
• The shelf count stays on your computer. It is not published.
• Taxes are two names and two rates. They apply to products, shipping, and the other fee. The tip is not taxed.
• Clerks are staff names on your computer. They are not published.
• Ledger: Sell, Buy, Check Outs, Open POs, Sales, a coin journal, and a till.
• Sales download as a spreadsheet. The coin journal downloads as CSV.
• A Lightning sale and a counter payment are on the spreadsheet. They are absent from the coin journal and from Balance.
• An unpaid checkout with nothing settled is cancelled after 24 hours.
• A paid sale cannot be cancelled. There is no refund button. A refund is a later order.
• Shop books can be saved and brought back. That file leaves out the 24 words, the wallet file, secret keys, and Lightning channel state.

A name, and a private note.

• The public name is what people see instead of the raw key. The shortened key still copies.
• A profile can add a display name, a short about line, and a picture.
• There is no Autarki username. A website name is not required.
• Message opens one private note. On a phone it fills the screen. On a desktop the order stays visible.
• Send does not create an order, move coins, or change a shipment. Up to 1000 characters. No public chat room.
• Contacts is the thread list. Writing to someone does not follow them.
• Discord is optional. Post "Verifying that I control the following Nostr public key:" and the public name, then the username and the message link.
• Autarki does not join Discord, use a bot, or check the message.
• An older install does not show Message until it is updated.
